How much is the fee?
The tariff varies depending on the brand, model, and year. With each offer, we will provide you with a very accurate estimate. The final tariff payment is made in Cuba when the importer contacts you: you deposit the amount in USD into your classic card and then pay them directly when signing the contract and receiving your car.
How long does it take to arrive?
We send it on the nearest departure to Cuba (currently there are 2 departures per month). Once the ship arrives at the port of Mariel, the importer takes approximately 30 days to deliver it to you.
Where do you pick up the car?
We work with importers in Havana such as Transimport, Divep, and Impexport. They deliver your vehicle right there.
Do they give it to me with a lid?
No, the importer provides you with the documentation that certifies you as the owner. With those documents, you complete the registration and circulation process in your municipality.
How is the payment for the service made?
We accept:
Bank transfer in the USA (Zelle, ACH).
Cash in USD in Havana with an additional 5%.
